Urologist, Endourology
Dr. Michael Borofsky is a fellowship-trained Urologist specializing in minimally invasive treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stones, and complex urinary disorders. He takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach, working closely with interventional radiologists and other specialists to deliver personalized, comprehensive care. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Borofsky serves as the Fellowship Director of Endourology at the University of Minnesota and remains active in research, education, and national speaking engagements on BPH management and surgical innovation.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Borofsky enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending quality time with his family. He values the balance family life brings to his work and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of his patients.
