Andy Manos, PA-C

Practice Manager

Andy is a Physician Assistant and Practice Manager with 10 years in interventional radiology, working alongside Drs. Golzarian and Astani. He has extensive experience in seeing patients with urinary symptoms before, during, and after prostate artery embolization (PAE), as well as in ultrasound-guided thyroid procedures, varicose vein treatment, and port placement.

Andy’s care philosophy is helping men with urinary symptoms get back to enjoying life without constant interruptions. PAE can make a big difference—allowing patients to sleep through the night, wake up more rested, have more energy during the day, enjoy hobbies without always being close to a bathroom, be more active, and fully embrace retirement.

Andy began his medical career after graduating from Augsburg College, but before medicine, he played baseball at The College of St. Scholastica, where he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2025.

Outside of work, Andy is a husband and proud dad to three boys. He’s happiest on the water—whether it’s frozen in the winter or sparkling in the summer—and is an avid runner, having completed five marathons, including a 2:42:44 finish at the 2025 Boston Marathon.
